Job Description:

• Location: Sultan, WA 
• Dates: 2023-2024 SY 
• Hours: 16 hrs
• Caseload: TBD

Qualifications:

• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) with School Orientation & Mobility Specialist Endorsement 
• Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
• State PT License
